Building a safe place to sleep for 40 girls

Right now, many girls at Adesso Primary School have nowhere safe to sleep if they need to stay at school. We're building a dormitory for about 40 of them — a real roof, real beds, and a space that's just theirs.

The first materials are already on site, and construction is expected to take about three months once building is in full swing. Once it's finished, the dormitory becomes a permanent part of Adesso Primary School, used only for student housing.

The walls are up. Here's what the site looked like on our last visit — we'll keep adding photos as the roof and finishing work come together.
